Successful trademark has become a name to the new company

At a meeting on January 15th general meeting of shareholders of Devechi Broiler they decided to rebrand the trademark. Seba Group turned into the new name of the company.

The company told Turan, the shareholders also decided to attach to all of the parent company subsidiaries (LLC Devechi Broiler Derin Emal, Bilesuvar Agro, Qarabag Takhil, Qarabag Tokhum and Baki Food Company), in which it has a 100 % interest . In connection with this amended articles of association.

Share in JSC Devechi Broiler is distributed among 14 shareholders, including JSC Azerbaijan Investment Company - 10%, LLC Baku Investment Company" – 37.31%.

Group of companies Devechi Broiler is a chain of businesses from fodder production, broiler birds and their semi-finished products to chain restaurants "Al-Chicken" and fast food stalls Sebali. Power broiler factory in Shabran area is 13 thousand tons per year, with annual demand for poultry meat in the country at the level of 95 thousand tons.

JSC Devechi Broiler was created in 1996 on the basis of the Shabran broiler factory. After privatization in 1997, production at the plant was reopened in 2002. It occupies 135 hectares of land and has 90 buildings, including 52 chicken coops. LLC Bilesuvar Agro can process up to 100 tons of milk per day. LLC Qarabag Takhil has 5,600 hectares of land in areas of the country and grows wheat, corn and other cereals.
