Topaz Investments Fully Redeemed First Part of New Issue of Nikoil Bank Shares
The main shareholder of Bank Nikoil, JSC Topaz Investments fully redeemed the first part of the bank's new issue of shares, the bank said.
Shares worth 60 million manat placed at Baku Stock Exchange were purchased.
Thus, the first phase of increasing the bank's capital was completed. It is now AZN 94.5 million. The second tranche in the amount of AZN 90 million envisages a capital increase to 184,500,000 manat.
This decision was taken at a general meeting of shareholders on 21 September 2016.
The majority shareholder has already placed the necessary funds in the bank and at the moment they are organizing issues through the stock exchange. Issue and redemption of the shares will be completed at the end of October this year.
Today, shares of Bank Nikoil are distributed to the shareholders as follows:
JSC Topaz Investments - 84.08%
CJSC Nikoil - 15.55%
