Ukraine"s Foreign Ministry Rejects the Sale of Arms to Armenia
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has called it a provocation on some media information about selling a missile to Armenia, as stated by Alexander Dikusarov, a spokesman of the Foreign Ministry, today during a briefing in Kiev.
"The information on some online resources, is of unknown origin, and frankly provocative in character," said Dikusarov.
In the sphere of military-technical cooperation with various countries, the Ukrainian side strictly observes its international obligations under the UN, the OSCE, as well as national legislation.
"Taking into account the future of the presidency of Ukraine in the OSCE, official Kiev has made and will make efforts to enhance security and stability in the region," said Dikusarov.
Previously, a number of Azerbaijani media published the content of the letter by the Chief of Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Major-General, Sergei Gmyzy, to President Viktor Yanukovych on the supply of arms to Armenia.
The letter contains a scheme of illegal supplies of 12 multiple rocket launching systems "Tornado", and 50 complexes "Igla" in Armenia. The letter offered to use front companies registered in EU and CIS for supplies. The letter also stated Armenia has already paid 50% of the contract price, and noted Azerbaijan can know. -02D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
