
US drilling company opened office in Baku
Sperry Drilling Worldwide Cyprus Limited company has opened its office in Azerbaijan.
Vergiler newspaper, an official organ of the Azerbaijan Taxes Ministry, writes that Sperry Drilling Worldwide Cyprus Limited has been registered by the Azerbaijan Taxes Ministry. Randall Gilchrist is an official representative of the company in Baku. The office has been registered at 55 Zarifa Aliyeva street, Sabail district, Baku.
Sperry Drilling Worldwide Cyprus Limited has been registered in Greek Cyprus on December 25, 2015.
The head office of the company is located in Houston, Texas. Sperry Drilling Worldwide Cyprus is the drilling subdivision of the US oil service giant Halliburton. The company offers the solutions to optimize drilling processes to improve quality of well bores and raise efficiency of the wells construction in general.
Halliburton company has been working in Baku since the mid-1990s. It performs orders mainly for BP-Azerbaijan company.—0-
