Baku/05.05.18/Turan: Starting next week, the sale of social housing in Yasamal residential complex will begin, the State Agency for Housing Construction said. At the first stage, 260 apartments in 4 buildings will be offered for sale, they are renovated, with a heating system and built-in kitchen furniture; 1-3 bedroom apartments are sold. The sale will begin on May 7 at 10 am and will last until August 7.
To purchase apartments under the jurisdiction of the State Agency, the purchase can be realized through the system "Preferential housing", created on the portal "Electronic government". Only those citizens who have a cabinet in the electronic system "Preferential housing" have the right to buy housing.
The State Agency reports that the buildings are designed and built in accordance with state Building Code. The apartments have already been issued advance certificates of registration of property rights.
As for prices, the State Agency informs that the prices for the cheapest apartments start from 29.925 manats. The cost of a 2-room apartment is 47.282 manats, and 3-room - 65.626 manats.
Citizens can purchase apartments at the expense of a soft mortgage loan from the Guarantee Fund for Mortgage and Credit. These loans are issued for 3-30 years at 4%. In the case of buying an apartment through a soft mortgage, the minimum prepayment should be 10% of the cost of selling an apartment. -0--
