In November 2007, the Cabinet approved a minimum of rents for the lease of state property (except a residential area). Creative workshops and exhibition halls for young talents also included in this list . In Baku, for example , the minimum rent creative workshops and exhibition halls will be 1.2 manats per sq m per year . Thus, depending on the zone location, this rate may rise by 3.5 times. - 08D -
