The prices of new flats did not change in Baku and its suburbs in May. They last decreased 11.4% in March (-15-20% against the same period of 2008). Experts believe the global financial crisis has affected the population’s purchasing capacity and therefore the prices of new realty. Problems in sale on credit helped decrease the prices too. However the revival of mortgage lending from June 1 on should increase both the demand and the supply....
