The prices of second-hand flats remained stable in Baku and its suburbs in July. The global financial and economic recession, the lowering purchasing capacity of the population and the problems that occurred in the sale on credit affected the prices, causing them to diminish 5.7% in January, 9% in March, and 10.4% in April.
