In March, in Baku there was an increase in prices for construction materials by 2%.
This was due to higher prices for construction rebar of all profiles from 500 to 550 manats. On the other materials the prices did not change.
In February prices for building materials fell by 8.5%. In January, they were stable. In December, prices rose by 19.2%. It was the most noticeable jump in prices for 2015. Before that, building materials fell significantly in November - by 8.6%. In October, the average price decreased by 0.5%, with the following background: in September (- 0.027%), in August (-1.75%), in July (+ 0.32%), in June (-0.27%), in May (+ 0.45%), and in April (- 0.1%).
Experts note that the dynamics of prices for building materials demonstrates the stability and balance of the market. You can expect a seasonal relative recovery in the market. But significant rise in prices is not expected due to the deterioration of the overall economic performance.
