In June, prices for construction materials rose by 2.3%.
This was due to higher prices for construction bars of all profiles by 7.1% from 650 to 700 manat. Prices of most building materials remained unchanged.
In May, prices for construction materials rose by 0.78% .In April, prices rose by 4.3% and in March - by 2%. In February, prices decreased by 8.5%. In January, they were stable. In December, prices rose by 19.2%. It was the most noticeable jump in prices for 2015. Before that, building materials fell significantly in November - by 8.6%. In October, the average price decreased by 0.5%. In Baku, there were the following changes: September (- 0.027%), August (-1.75%), July (+ 0.32%), June (-0.27%), May (+ 0.45%), and April (- 0.1%).
Rose refractory bricks (+11%), asbestos slate (+5%), the Ukrainian metal tiles (+8.3%), the Finnish metal tiles (+7.6%), plastic pipes 32 mm (+18%) and 25 mm (+6.2%).
Cheaper became the Turkish Alchipan ceiling cover (-30%) and also Alchipan for interior walls (-9%).
Experts point out that the practical stagnation of prices of most materials in the individual construction season means the preservation of the crisis in the economy. As Turan noted in June, in the fall we should expect a decrease in prices for building materials due to the low purchasing power of the population.
