After a few hints, official Baku urged citizens not to travel to Iran
Baku / 24.02.20 / Turan: The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan called on citizens to refuse to travel to Iran because of an outbreak of coronavirus.
Due to the situation in Iran due to the coronavirus, Azerbaijan has introduced a special regime at border crossings with Iran. Since February 22, sanitary-disinfection works have been carried out at the points, which is why border crossing has slowed down. In addition, control over transit cargo transportation has been strengthened, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
“In connection with the situation in Iran, we recommend that Azerbaijani citizens temporarily postpone trips to this country,” the message said. -02D-
