Analyst on the operation "Savior" with the participation of Samvel Babayan

Behind the unexpected and controversial return  of Samvel Babayan to Karabakh is his agreement with the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, ArmInfo was told by  the analyst Saro Saroyan. "In any case for me it is obvious that Babayan returned to Karabakh as a result of agreements with the top leadership of Armenia, having a clear mutual terms and conditions. It is no coincidence that Babayan’s return occurred a few days after the resignation of Arthur Aghabekyan, who once sent  off Babayan  from Karabakh," the analyst said.

The purpose of "sending " Babayan to Karabakh is the desire of Sargsyan to solve a number of serious problems that he cannot solve currently. So, "presidential elections" reform "constitution" and the replacement of the military command are to be take place in Karabakh, which after the April war became very serious independent factor.  The operation "Savior" with Babayan  has been enabled  to prevent these problems.

The fear before Babayan, together with the prospect of losing positions during his return to the post of commander,  is to sober up the Karabakh military command, and bring it back under the control of Serge Sargsyan.
