Ilham Aliyev rejects the criticism from abroad
"Azerbaijan has never in history been so strong, free and independent, as they are now. The current period is a period of true independence. We are independent, confidently go forward, and the prospects are very open and clear. In society there is no dispute regarding the development of yesterday's referendum once again proved it," said Ilham Aliyev, speaking today in the city of Sumgait.
"When someone from abroad wants to dictate us something, let think twice. We have no one to speak in the language of diktat, and we depend on nobody. We count only on ourselves, no one is dependent politically or financially, and we ourselves decide own fate," he continued. -02D-
