Investigation Calls Two Activists of NİDA
Two members of the Board of the movement NIDA, Uzeir Mammadli and Aygun Panjaliyeva are due March 18 in the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General for Serious Crimes as witnesses.
According to Uzeir Mammadli, he was summoned at 16.00 and Panjaliyeva - at 17.00. Mammadli said he would go to the prosecutor with the lawyer Fakhraddin Mehdiyev.
Earlier, four activists of NIDA were arrested and accused of illegal possession of explosives and drugs.
Meanwhile, the lawyer Asabali Mustafayev cannot meet with one of them - Rashad Hasanov since March 15. He has already filed an appeal against the arrest of Hasanov, who is charged under Article 228.3 (illegal possession of explosives in an organized criminal group).
NIDA activists and their families say that drugs and incendiary mixtures were planted by the DHS workers during the search. -16B-
