Baku / 17.12.18 / Turan: On 17 December the President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment Ilham Ismayilov a Chief Executive of the city of Mingachevir.
Prior to this, Ismayilov served as deputy head of Mingechevir. The former head of Mingachevir, Niyazi Bayramov, was appointed head of the city of Ganja in August of this year. -05D-
