Piriyev and Nehramli sign a document on non-leaving the country

Narimanov District Court of Baku today changed the measure of restraint against a businessman Nizami Piriyev. Court released him from custody

under a subscription about not departure,  according to his  lawyer Kamandar Nasibov.
 
The lawyer reiterated that Piriyev does  not accept the charges: a loan from the International Bank for construction of methanol plant is used for its intended purpose, and the repayment period has not expired. The  balance of the credit will be paid in tme, the lawyer said.
He did not mention the  amount of credit.
 
According to sources in the company of "Avesta", the other oligarch, Ibrahim Nehramli,   was also released. The owner of the project «Caspian İslands» through their representatives conveyed to the press, that  he had paid part of the loan which has been detained, and the rest part will be paid according to schedule.
Both the businessman were arrested a few days ago and were held at the Office for Combating Organized Crime Ministry of Internal Affairs for nonpayment of large bank loans. -06В-
