Lamia Guliyeva was twice taken away from the jail, for 12 hours, lawyer
A lawyer Adam Mammadov in an interview with Turan mentioned sensational details about the arrest of Lamia Guliyeva and her relatives, the pressure on them, the birth of a child in custody and upcoming trial. The lawyer said that in the case of the murder of Aslan Aslanov, the son of the chief executive of Shemkir region, were arrested 12 people. Mother of Lamia Guliyeva, her fiance - Vugar Aliyev, his father, mother, two aunts, brother and brother's wife.
Aslan Aslan, as chief executive, abused office and used the illegal actions in order to revenge for the murder of his son. Thus, people not having any relation to the murder were brought to justice.
In addition, Aslan Aslanov concealed the true motive for the crime. Since the question was about the honor abused a minor, Aslan managed to obtain the changes in the nature of the investigation in order to disguise the motives of the murder. Instead of the true cause, the motive was named land litigation.
According to the lawyer, Aslan Aslan in his testimony stated that he allegedly threatened with murder in connection with the land for which claimed his father Vugar Aliyev. At trial, Lamia Guliyeva who then was not adult, said that she killed Ruslan Aslanov, and Vugar Aliyev was not guilty. Despite this, Lamia was sentenced to the maximum term - 10 years in prison.
In 2013, she was to be released, but Aslan Aslan used his connections, that did not happen. On trumped up charges her term of detention was extended twice. Finally, in custody Lamia Guliyeva had a baby. The lawyer said that Guliyeva was in a closed institution. Under the law, in detention unmarried woman cannot have contact with outsiders. Meetings with non-native people are prohibited by law.
Therefore, in the case with Lamia officers of the Prison Service should be brought to trial. It is necessary to file a lawsuit under Article 243 (bringing to prostitution) and Article 308 (abuse of power.)
Currently, Lamia’s child is months. If to add to this the first nine months, it turns out that pregnancy occurred a year ago. Just then she was sent to the Court of Appeal. Later it became known that Lamia was twice sent to the Baku Court of Appeal, and it was absent in jail from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. That is, for 12 hours, she allegedly was familiarizing with the protocol.
Prosecutor General's Office issued a statement that investigation organs are clarifying the circumstances, and all guilty will be brought to justice, the lawyer said. After Lamia gives testimony it will be known who to blame for what happened. The case has become too published, and the lawyer hopes that justice will prevail. A petition for clemency of Vugar Aliyev is also ready.
"On February 12 will be considered a complaint by Lamia Guliyev, and I think that she will be released," said the lawyer. -03В-
