Spanish authorities have arrested in the town of Lioret de Mar the Azerbaijani citizen, who is in international wanted list, and is accused of mediation while extortion a businessman with a $ 285,000 by senior officers of the Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan, according to the site of the newspaper lavanguardia.com.
