Kilometers of traffic jams paralyzed the center of Baku on August 17. This happened after the traffic was completely blocked on Oilmen Avenue (seafront) and in several adjoining streets (Azerbaijan Avenue, Rasul Rza Street and Niyazi Street). About three weeks ago they began laying new water pipelines on Oilmen Avenue and several road sections were dug.As a result, traffic was blocked on these routes, and other main streets were also overwhelmed...
