Hafiz Hajiyev is wagged a finger
On February 12, the leader of the party "Modern Musavat", Hafiz Hajiyev, was summoned to the Ministry of Interior, where he "was explained the legal consequences of incitement to commit a crime," according to the head of the press service of the Interior Ministry, Sadig Gezalov, commenting on the call of controversial politician who promised 10,000 manat to the one who cut off ear of the writer Akram Aylisli.
“Hafiz Hajiyev was made an official warning that he is responsible as instigator for possible illegal actions,” said Gezalov.
According to the laws of the country, such a call already contains the elements of the crime, and its author should be brought to justice.
Previously writer Aylisli appealed to law enforcement bodies to ensure his and his family’s safety.-16D-
