A man by name Ibrahim Musayev, made a sensational revelation to Turan on the phone. He claims that he was instructed to gain the trust of Turac Zeynalov’s family, a Nakhchivan resident, died of torture in the National Security Ministry (NSM) in 2011.
Musayev was to involve family members in the illegal operations with drugs and to compromise them. The purpose of this blackmail was the will of the NSM to make the family give up their claims to human rights organizations about the murder of Turac Zeynalov.

" I could agree with it, and decided to escape from Nakhchivan with my wife, because I knew that I was given false documents by the NSM. This meant that I myself could be liquidate, and the case would be presented as a conflict of drug gangsters," Musayev said.
He stressed that he hides in one of the cities of Russia, and is afraid to be arrested and extradited to the authorities of Azerbaijan. "So I turned to the international human rights organizations and ask them to ensure my safety," said Musayev.
An indirect confirmation of Musayev’s words is a letter sent to Turan agency in late September, by the widow of Turac Zeynalov, in which she demanded to remove all information from the Internet and link to her, because she has " no complaints, and does not want to be engaged in politics."
In turn, on Monday the Ministry of National Security of Nakhchivan issued statement, which denies involvement of Musayev to this department in any way.
Calling Musayev a liar and provocateur, the NSM said that Musa invented this story to escape abroad from citizens of Nakhchivan, whom he cheated, not returning their debt.
People like Musayev are used by internal and external forces to cause discontent among the population and public authorities, and to destabilize the situation. "But they will not succeed," promise valiant security agencies.
