New Way, Services Without a Break
State agency, which provides services to individuals and social innovations under the country’s President, will work seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, without lunch breaks; interchangeability of employees is possible.
During a public discussion of national action plans to promote an open government and anti-corruption in 2012 – 2015, Agency chairman, Inam Karimov, said service centers (ASAN) will provide 23 kinds of services. Leading members of nine states and government structures have joined the process. The abbreviation, "ASAN", translated as easy and affordable, so citizen’s complaints will promptly be delivered to joint service centers located in different parts of each community, said the official.
According to him, the main task of these centers is to provide services of international standards. The main indicator of functionality will be the degree of satisfaction from citizens by actions of authorities. A citizen would not bypass or ring to all government services.
Main attention will be paid to the transparency of procedures; it is enough to join the queue at any information booth at the agency center. Civil servants will not be given the authority to receive money from citizens; instead, there are electronic means for payment.
According to Karimov, on the agenda is the issue to provide services for those who experience physical limitations and are unable to leave their home. --17В—
