The Echo reports that property in Azerbaijan continues to be very expensive and it can be purchased only if one has an income of 2 thousand manats a month for 10 years.
For example, a square meter of new housing in the capital costs 3-4 thousand manats, and 1,000-1,200 manats on the outskirts.
Such prices make the purchase unavailable. Sites are unfinished, and builders do not get the return on their investment.
