Formally, the bank completed the year 2017 with a profit of 800 million manats, but shares of the bank are sold below their nominal value.

We are talking about the preparation of the General Plan of Baku and the processes around it. In 2018, the President signed an order to allocate 4 million manats from the Reserve Fund to the Urban Development and Architecture Committee. Three companies were commissioned to prepare the General Plan of Baku. At the first stage they were to familiarize themselves with all the documents on the building of the capital to this day.
The expert Feyzullah Guliyev said the regional plan for the development of Greater Baku is ready. Earlier it included Khirdalan and Sumgait, and now it also includes Alat, the expert notes. The project is currently at the examination stage.
