Pro-government media and NGOs form a coalition in support of the European Games
On Wednesday, a group of pro-government NGOs and the media announced the creation of a coalition in support of the European Games in Baku. The coalition includes 26 NGOs and the media, who consider the upcoming game "a landmark" event for Europe, and which glorify Azerbaijan.
Participants of the event stigmatized "some internal and external forces that cannot tolerate the success of Azerbaijan and its growing influence, and tend to diminish the role of EuroGames."
The main goal of the coalition will be to provide public support for the upcoming games at a high level, according to a press release from the coalition. -05D-
