Propaganda of terrorism by the leadership of ANS appended to the criminal case, prosecutors
The information in some media about the beginning of the criminal case against the leadership of ANS TV which was deprived of a license is not true, stated the head of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office Eldar Sultanov.
However, he admitted that the materials collected in the Prosecutor General's Office on appeals of the ANS’s officers was aimed at promoting terrorism, and have been attached to the lawsuit investigated by the Investigation Department for Serious Crimes.
According to Sultanov, the supporters of the Movement "Hizmat" in educational institutions and other structures of Azerbaijan for a long time under the pretext of performing religious rites committed acts aimed at the infringement of human rights, incitement of social and religious enmity and hatred.
Currently, investigative-operational measures on the case continue. Today, the general public knowns only to the two people arrested in this case - an activist of the Popular Front Party Fuad Ahmadli and assistant to the head of the organization, the financial director of the newspaper "Azadlig" Faig Amirov. -03D-
