Prosecutor General's Office warns the media not to distort information about suicide attempts
Baku/12.04.19/Turan: The General Prosecutor"s Office once again warned the media and users of social networks about the need to comply with the requirements of the law when covering suicide of Elina Hajiyeva.
The joint report of the Prosecutor General"s Office and the Ministry of Education recalls the criminal responsibility for the dissemination of confidential information, disclosure of secrets of the investigation and any other illegal actions.
Further, the information says about the necessary investigative measures to identify the circle of defendants who have committed violations.
The school and class leaders, as well as other witnesses, were interviewed and various examinations were appointed.
The investigation finds out whether Elina Hajiyeva died because the emergency medical service was not timely called, whether the necessary medical assistance was provided to her in the hospital.
A forensic examination has been appointed for this purpose, the report says.
