Representatives of Red Cross Visit POW Elnur Huseynzadeh
February 14 representatives of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) visited the POW Azeri military Elnur Huseynzadeh held in Armenia since February 1.
According to Armenian media, the purpose of the visit was acquaintance with the conditions of detention and treatment, the opportunity to keep in touch with his family, said the spokesman for the ICRC mission in Karabakh.
