Windy weather is expected in Baku on Saturday
No precipitation is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on June 29. However, short-term rains are possible in some parts of the peninsula in the morning. The north-westerly wind will prevail, which will be replaced by a north-easterly one in the afternoon. The air temperature at night will be +20 +24°, during the day - +26 +30 °, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Ecology. Rains are expected in some places in the regions of Azerbaijan, precipitation will be heavy in mountainous and foothill areas. There is a chance of thunderstorms, hail and fog. An increasing easterly wind will blow from time to time. The air temperature at night will be +19 +23°, during the day - +27 +32 °. +8 +13° is expected in the mountains at night, during the day - +13 +17 °.

Meetings of the Amnesty Issues Commission under the President of Azerbaijan are set to resume, with expectations that a new presidential amnesty decree will be issued. The last such decree was signed on May 25 of the previous year, ahead of Independence Day (May 28). That decree covered 154 individuals, of whom 63 were released from imprisonment, while the sentences of 52 others were reduced by half. The remaining individuals were mostly freed from electronic monitoring or had their sentences commuted in other ways.
