While still payout and premium ratio is 14.1% that is, companies are hoarding capital exclusively, ignoring the interests of the victims. The reason is in the conclusion of corporate contracts, excluding the individual characteristics of the insured. There is also the factor of understating the level of production workers and injuries. According to the inspection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, in 2013 in the whole country were recorded 155 accidents at work (71 killed and 120 injured people). However, according to unofficial data on the transport, construction and mining sectors of the economy such cases are much more. Managers prefer to negotiate with the affected or their families.
