Pasha Holding Comes to Stock Market
The State Committee for Securities offered on August 24 LLC Pasha Capital two licenses for professional activity in the securities market. The company will implement a broker-dealer activity.
Pasha Capital is a company of Pasha Holding. The holding consists of seven entities, including two banks and an insurance company, which actively work with government securities. According to a representative of one of the brokers, the new company will probably serve the subsidiaries of the holding, in order to save funds that were paid to other brokers in the form of fee.
Currently on the securities market in Azerbaijan there are 36 licenses, including brokerage - 14, dealership - 13, asset management - 2, etc.
Licenses for professional activity in the securities market in Azerbaijan are provided for the period of 5 years. The cost of a license is 5,500 manat. - 08D-
