Steel Production Complex Liquidated
On Jan. 11, the official press published information about the liquidation of CJSC Azerbaijani Steel Production Complex.
According to information from the Ministry of Taxes, the appeal about the publication of the liquidation of the state company was signed by the Deputy Minister of Economy, the acting Chairman of the Board of the CJSC, Niyazi Safarov.
This complex was built on the orders of the President of April 23, 2013 under the number 2875. According to the Charter, the decision to liquidate the company belongs only to itself. The fact that the head of state signed a decree on liquidation of the joint-stock company is not disclosed for unknown reasons.
Recall that the company was established as a complex that served the entire process of steel production from iron ore. A year later, the complex passed the state registration and the Chairman of the Board was appointed. When established, its structure included LLC Dashkesan Filizsaflashdirma.
In 2015, the Chairman of the Board was dismissed from his post. In July 2016 LLC Dashkesan Filizsaflashdirma was opened to privatization. Currently, a repeated investment competition is held for the privatization of 99.22% of its shares. - 08D--
