The prices of building materials rose on average by 2.5% in Baku in November. Construction fittings of 8-mm profile increased in price by 2.3%, or up to 880 dollars per ton. The following materials also rose: fireproof bricks (+ 16.6%), Garadagh rock cube (5%), asbestos slate (+ 2.7%), metal roofing (+ 3.2%), Finnish metal ceramics (+6 2%), plywood 6 mm (+ 3.5%), building sand (+ 10%), gravel (+ 3.1%), and Turkish Alchipan ceiling (+ 3.7%).
The prices of other building materials remained unchanged.
In October, prices of construction materials rose by 5.5%, in September - by 2.9%, in August - by 1.4% in July – by 1.4%, in June - by 2.3%, in May – by 0.78%, in April - by 4.3%, in March - by 2%. In February, prices decreased by 8.5%. In January, they were stable. In December, prices rose by 19.2%. It was the most noticeable jump in prices for 2015. Before that, building materials even fell significantly in November - by 8.6%. In October, the average price in Baku decreased by 0.5%, in September – by 0.027%, and in August – by 1.75%. In July itb increased by 0.32%, in June it decreased by 0.27%, in May it increased by 0.45%, and in April it decreased by 0.1%.
In practice, prices have remained stable, except for a number of products used in industry and in mass developments. Practical stagnation in prices for the majority of materials in the individual construction season proves the preservation of the crisis in the economy.
