Elkhan Suleymanov is not leaving the "Euronest " ?
The head of the Azerbaijan delegation to the " Euronest " (" Eastern Partnership"), Elkhan Suleymanov, is leaving for the Kiev to take part in the meeting of the Bureau of the structure opn November 1-3.
