Milli Majlis: President Rightly Criticized BP
Tuesday at a meeting of the Parliament, MPs expressed solidarity with the criticism of the President in respect of the oil company BP.
Thus, the Parliament speaker Oktay Asadov and MP Zahid Oruc called the speech by Ilham Aliyev "barometer" of the relation of social and political forces.
"At a time when the whole of society supports his president, there are forces within the country (especially the media), occupying the destructive position and politicize the situation."
"Mr. President gave ABC oil, describing forecasts and charts. Let's once and forget about the incident," asked those present to the speaker, referring apparently to "destructive media." -17B-
