Baku / 02.03.18 / Turan: Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in connection with the death of 25 people in a fire in the Drug Center in Baku.
"Please accept my deep condolences on the tragic consequences of the fire in the Republican narcological center of Baku, I ask you to convey the words of sympathy and support to the families of the victims, wishes for a speedy recovery to all the victims," the statement said on the Kremlin website reads. -02D-

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that the visit of the President of Somalia to Baku "will open a new page in the close friendly relations" between the two countries. In a press statement after the negotiations, Aliyev noted that the leaders of both countries discussed the geopolitical situation in their regions and confirmed mutual support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan and Somalia, as well as a common stance in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
