Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin will arrive in Baku today. Rogozin himself wrote on his Twitter about this.
He said nothing on the purposes of the visit. However, Deputy Prime Minister was in Baku recently - on March 3, together with a delegation of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, which discussed the supply of arms and the payment.
Today the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev also arrives in Baku. His visit is connected with the aggravation of the Karabakh conflict and its settlement issues.
It seems that Rogozin's visit is also timed to coincide with this issue and perhaps Medvedev and Rogozin will jointly participate in the talks with Ilham Aliyev. -03D-
