Mubariz Gurbanli: Azerbaijan is ripe apple with a parasite
"Gulargeyt" is not a measure of the crisis in the country; simply there are some political forces interested in destabilizing the social and political situation, said MP Mubariz Gurbanli , Deputy Executive Secretary of Yeni Azerbaijan Party in an interview with Objective TV (obyektiv.tv).
According to him, the video with the two ordinary members of the party (former deputy Gular Ahmadova and former Rector, Elshad Abdullayev) was not discussed at the political council of the ruling party.
"An objective assessment of the incident and wrong actions of a representative of the party in parliament was given by the executive secretary of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party (YAP), Ali Akhmedov, and an end was put to this," he added.
"Some opposition media are biased and call bargaining around the parliamentary mandate, exposed to social networks, the anatomy of the Azerbaijani government. The world community more objectively observes the ongoing processes, paying attention to the significant progress of the state," he added.
Azerbaijan, wealthy in all respects, is like a ripe apple, which will inevitably have a worm. You should not throw out the fruit because it has one parasite, figuratively said Gurbanli.
The political opposition criticizes the authorities even about natural disasters - floods, earthquakes and their effects attributed to the authorities. Therefore, for the opposition, the case of fraud against former official has become "a godsend."
Now the whole year they will talk about it, as if there are not any positive changes in the country, the politician said.
Assessing the behavior of Gular Akhmedova, Gurbanli said that she showed her
weakness, by defrauding Abdullayev and her will to earn more money. For this, she
flaunts his access to power. "The man who really has that right, would never boast of such a strategic resource," he added.
YAP is open to the public hearing and takes into account all the normal initiative. The current government has created the conditions for dialogue with opponents.
Today, YAP is ready for constructive dialogue. Unfortunately, all attempts to negotiate, result in non constructive proposals of the radical opposition, rallies and protests, said Gurbanli.
According to him, the party "Yeni Azerbaijan" welcomes the changes in Georgia, and considers the victory of "Georgian Dream" and the personal victory of President Saakashvili, who was able to create the appropriate conditions for the development of the Georgian society. -17D—
