The reason for the early elections is internal power problems, Isa Gambar
Baku / 04.12.19 / Turan: The decision to dissolve the parliament and call early elections is connected with internal power problems, said the former head of the Musavat party, and now the head of the National Center for Strategic Thought, Isa Gambar.
“Power is in crisis - a long-term crisis. In recent years, the situation in the economic and social spheres has worsened. Now the power relations have become aggravated, the dissolution of the parliament is connected only with this,” Gambar said in an interview with the Azerbaijani Voice of America service.
Now the main goal of the authorities is the formation of a parliament of the corresponding family power. According to Gambar, the authorities will not go to democratic elections, because they know that the people will not support them.
Regarding the tactics of the opposition parties in this situation, Gambar believes that they should act together - either go to the polls together or boycott them.
However, if this does not happen, then those participating in the elections and boycotting them should not fight with each other.
At the end of this week “Musavat” will determined its attitude to participation in the elections, said Gambar. — 16D-
