Afgan Mukhtarly Does Not Believe in Azerbaijani Justice
Baku / 08.02.18 / Turan: Afgan Mukhtarly does not believe in justice of Azerbaijani courts and in his release. He stated this in a telephone conversation with a correspondent of Turan IA on February 8.
"In the courts there is a farce, so I do not expect my release after the trial," Mukhtarly said.
At the same time, he noted that he knows about the serious work on his case by international human rights organizations. However, everything depends on one person in Azerbaijan.
"Everything depends on what the head of state will say. What decision he will take cannot be foreseen," said Mukhtarly, released for two days from prison to participate in the fortieth-day wake for his deceased sister. -05B-
