Baku / 09.01.17 / Turan: The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has established the norms of gardening in populated areas.
In very large cities (more than 1 million people) they will be 10 square meters per person, in large cities (from 250 thousand to 1 million) - 9 square meters, in moderately large cities (from 100 to 250 thousand) - 7 square meters, in medium cities (50-100 thousand) - 8 square meters, in towns (up to 50 thousand) - 8 square meters, and in villages - 12 square meters per person.
In semi-desert zones, planting standards can be reduced by 20-30%, and in the forest-steppe zone - increased by 10-20%. -06D--

A sharp decrease in crime has been recorded in Azerbaijan during the first seven months of 2024, marking a significant achievement in the country’s efforts to enhance public safety and law enforcement efficiency. According to data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 18,518 crimes were registered from January to July 2024, which is 21.7% less than the same period in 2023.
