In the category " the most authoritarian rector" the winner became the rector of BSU, Abel Maharramov.
In the category "a teacher, not taking bribes" the winner became a teacher of BSU Nushaba Sadyhly. She came to the event to get a reward. There were other teachers who have won this award. However, they did not come to the event, possibly due to fear of the leadership of the university.
The event was attended by the ex-chairman of the Student Admission Commission Vurgun Ayyub. According to him, the reason for bribery in the education system is loyal attitude of the authorities to this phenomenon. "Bribery has become a method of governance in the country," said Ayyub.
