District Attorney Appointed by Judge of the Constitutional Court

The Milli Majlis by the direction of President of Azerbaijan on Tuesday approved Mahir Muradov judge of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan.

Muradov replaced Fikret Babayev due to the expiration of his term.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Attorney in the Nizami district of Baku.

Term of office of Constitutional Court judges is 15 years and on the expiration of this period, it may not be reappointed to the post. Total the Court is composed of nine judges.

In addition, the agenda of the session of Parliament includes the appointment of F. Ibragimov Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of Azerbaijan. MPs will also consider the draft laws of Azerbaijan: the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, on amendments to the law "On Civil Service", on amendments to the law "On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information", on amendments to the law "On execution" , on amendments to the Law "On the State Register of Real Estate", to amend the "Code on the Execution of Sentences in AR."

 In addition, there will be changes to the Labor Code, will be established commemorative medal in honor of AP 95th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, and so on - a total of 16 points. -13D-
