Human rights activist visits Armenian POWs
The Chairman of the Committee against Torture, a human rights activist Elchin Behbudov visited Armenian POWs Andranik Grigoryan, who crossed to the Azerbaijani side on March 22, Agdam front. "During the conversation, Grigoryan said that in contrast to the military unit, where he served, in Azerbaijan he is fed three times a day. Three or four times a week he takes a bath, give tours, lives in warmth, and watches television," told Bekhbudov. Grigoryan said that conditions in his military unit were very poor. The commander of the military unit Suren Balayan, Sergeant Arthur Salmanyan regularly beat him. Soldiers were fed expired products.
