The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the liberated village of Sugovushan in the Goranboy region, where a water reservoir is located. Its water will give new life to the lands of the Terter, Yevlakh and Goranboy regions and will guarantee high yields.

Water from the Sugovushan reservoir provided irrigation water for 6,938 hectares of land in the Goranboy region, but after the outbreak of the conflict, the Armenians cut off the water, creating great environmental problems.

The Yenisabah.az website quotes an interview with the Al-Arabiya TV channel by the Assistant to First Vice President Elchin Amirbekov, where he refutes Armenia's claims that Azerbaijan and Turkey are attracting mercenaries and jihadists from the Middle East.

Amirbekov emphasizes that Armenia is attracting terrorists of the PKK, the Kurd Vatan Union, as well as mercenaries of Armenian origin from Western countries to the hostilities.

In this issue, there is again a double standard regarding Azerbaijan, and Armenia is shifting its blame onto Azerbaijan. In addition, none of the accusations of the Armenians finds confirmation or proof.

As for the ceasefire regime, the agreement reached in Moscow was also violated by Armenia. Sooner or later, the Pashinyan government will be held accountable for war crimes, including rocket attacks on Ganja and Mingechevir, as a result of which numerous civilians were killed.

The website Metbuat.az quotes the opinion of the former Turkish military attaché in Azerbaijan, Yucel Karauz, who claims that the Minsk group has exhausted itself and the term of its political activity is over. Therefore, negotiations in the existing format will be fruitless.

There are 11 countries in the OSCE Minsk Group. It is in this format that the issues of the liberation of seven regions of Azerbaijan, the return of territories according to the established schedule should be discussed.

According to the former attaché, the participation of Turkey and Russia in this issue is mandatory. In addition, discussion of this issue in the format of the Foreign Ministers of both sides will be ineffective.

Redaktor.az writes that when Pashinyan came to power, he faced a dilemma: it is necessary to return 5 occupied regions, then determine a timetable for the return of 2 regions, and then agree on the status of Karabakh within Azerbaijan.

Armenia thought that by returning the occupied territories, it would receive the status of independence for Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan, but in fact they could only achieve peace.

Pashinyan's government refused this and actually chose the path of war. Now Pashinyan is experiencing the bitter results of his choice, and Azerbaijan insists on its own - the Armenians will leave the Azerbaijani territories in exchange for peace, and not for a status of Nagorno-Karabakh.
