In November, weather in Azerbaijan will be close to normal, with a few exceptions in some areas. Rainfall will exceed the norm in areas. Wet snow is expected in the mountains.
The average temperature in Baku and Absheron is 10-12 degrees Celsius. The first half of the month the temperature will be 14-18 degrees, with a few day of 20-22 degrees.
In the second half of November, temperatures will drop, with rainfall in the normal range of 28-38 mm.
Nakhchivan's average air temperature will be +6 +10 degrees. In the second half of November, subzero temperatures are expected at night.
In the northern part of the country the average temperature will be +5+10 degrees, with nighttime temperatures close to subzero the first half of the month.
In the western part of the country the average temperature will be + 7 +10 degrees. On some days, rising to +19 degrees.The warmest average temperature is expected in the central part of the country from +8 to +13 degrees.
In the southern region the average temperature will be +10 +12 degrees, and on some days
up to +20.
Most places precipitation will be normal, at 18-28 mm, with a possibility to be above normal.
In part of the Karabakh Mountains and surrounding areas, the average temperature will be +4 +9 degrees, and above normal in some places. Precipitation will match the rate - 27-34 mm.-03D04-
