The management of the Baku International Film Festival "East-West" considers it necessary to clarify what is there on the video spread in social networks and media, where
Ilham Aliyev said toast to Rustam Ibrahimbekov, at the reception in honor of the French actor, Pierre Richard, in May 1998.
"No Ibrahimbekov, nor the festival administration are related to the spread of the video. According to our information, this is a private initiative of the assistant operator working at the festival," said the director of film festival "East-West", sent to Turan agency. -02D-
