AMF Gemmated from Central Bank
After the decision of the Parliament of Azerbaijan the Central Bank ceased to be the regulator and the accumulator of financial flows, the current entities under it received the status of an independent legal entity.
Thus, in connection with the decision number 68 of the Cabinet of Ministers the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF), acting under the Central Bank, has been registered as an open joint stock company (JSC). This was reflected in a unified government budget classification. --17D-
