"Amrah Sigorta" started the placement of additional issue
Insurance company "Amrah Sigorta" launched today by placing additional shares of 262 million manat, increasing the share capital by 5.5%.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange, where the shares are placed, as a result the capital will reach 5 million 661 thsd manat. Earlier it was reported that the shareholders of the structure decided to apply the method of additional issue - the cost of each of the 1 310 thousand uncertified unregistered shares is 200 manats. The underwriter of the accommodation is Unicapital.
Insurance company "Amrah Sigorta" operates in the insurance market since 1993.
In 2008, in accordance with the laws, the company, changing the legal form of organization, became a public company. In the same year, "Amrah Sigorta" received a perpetual license to conduct insurance business.
The authorized capital of the company is equal to 4 million 738.66 thousand manats. Its shareholders are two individuals (the family Ildirimzade). - 17D -
