Bank Avrasiya Also Brought Capital to 50 Million Manat
JSC Bank Avrasiya has increased the authorized capital by 25%, bringing it to the level required by the Central Bank of AR (50 million manat) by January 1, 2015.
According to the information on the website of the financial structure, the share capital increase was carried out by converting the nominal value of 20,000 shares from 2,000 to 2,500 manat for each security.
JSC Bank Avrasiya received its banking license on 28 November 2007. Its founders are Ltd. Euro Standard (37.5%), LLC Galaxy (37.5%) and LLC Thaining Global Inc. (25%). --17D-
